Aventis Learning Group (ALG) Course Registration Policy

1. Registration and Payment

Upon receiving registration form, you will be contacted regarding your preferred start date. Once payment has been made and payment advise has been provided, log-in details will be sent to you before your preferred start date.

2. Invoicing and Payment

The invoice will be sent to the email stated in registration form upon request. Payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) before the course date. For special arrangements and requests for a longer credit term, please contact us at training.aventis@gmail.com.

3. Withdrawals & Cancellations

For withdrawals, cancellations, and non-completion, participants will be subjected to the following charges:
  • 100% of the course fee

Replacements from the same company are encouraged and Aventis Learning Group should be notified of any replacements at least one working day prior to the preferred start date.

      4. Course Cancellation

      • Aventis Learning Group reserves the right to change or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a course cancellation on our part, a full refund will be made.
